 Since 2012, CNCS (former CNCSIS) only evaluates magazines from the humanities domains (philology, history, artsarchitecture, etc.). Other journals, if they are indexed in least one of the international databases supported by specialised committees according to regulations of the Order no. 6560 from December 20th2012 - approving the necessary and mandatory minimum standards for conferring titles of higher education teachingresearch and development for professional degrees are considered BDI category.
     JAES is affiliated to the committees 6 and 12 of the present Order and is indexed in two international databases of the Order mentioned above, i.eINSPEC and EBSCO.
In 2009 JAES had B category /CNCSIS, in 2010 2011JAES got a B + category / CNCSIS and since 2012 is BDIcategory.
